Xingyan AI is a published catalog preview. Purchases and payment collection are currently closed. Free samples can be downloaded without placing an order. The delivery process below describes the intended process when sales open; payment-to-download and email delivery tests are still required.
What is delivered
Each individual product provides one English PDF. The three field guides are 18 pages each; the two specialist workbooks are 10 pages each. The Complete Starter Library includes the same five PDFs, 74 pages in total. Product pages show the edition, contents, exact price and free sample. No physical item, video course, AI account, software subscription or separate image asset pack is included.
When and how files will be sent
After sales open, download access is intended to be released automatically when WooCommerce records a confirmed successful payment and grants the order download permission. Links will be provided on the eligible order confirmation page and in the order email; registered purchasers can also use account downloads. The email will contain download links, not PDF attachments. There is no physical dispatch or shipping fee.
Pending payments and delays
A payment-provider confirmation screen alone is not confirmation that this store has recorded a paid order. Pending, failed or cancelled payments do not release access. Payment notifications and email delivery can be delayed; we do not promise delivery within a fixed number of seconds. Do not pay again just because an email is delayed.
Missing, expired or damaged downloads
Check the checkout email address, spam folder and order/account page. If the link is missing or does not work, email support@xingyanai.space with the order reference, checkout email and a description of the problem. We will verify the order and investigate access, provide a working replacement where possible, or address an eligible refund under the refund policy. Never send passwords or card details.
Access and device requirements
Use a device with a compatible PDF reader and internet access for the initial download. Save a personal copy after receiving access. We do not promise perpetual hosted access, future editions or compatibility with every third-party tool. Tool subscriptions and generation credits are purchased separately from their providers.
Delivery records
Order status and authorized download events may be retained for fulfillment, support and dispute review. These records do not guarantee a payment-provider decision or seller protection. Read the privacy policy for the current disclosure.
