A support process for digital products.
Current status
No purchases are currently accepted. This is the proposed sales policy for Xingyan AI. The legal seller details and applicable jurisdiction must be completed before checkout opens. Mandatory legal rights and payment-provider dispute rights are not excluded.
Digital goods do not need to be posted back
The products are downloadable PDFs. There is no physical return address or return shipping process for these files. Contact support about delivery, file problems, duplicate charges or a product that materially differs from its description.
How to request a refund
The proposed policy allows a request within 14 calendar days of purchase for non-delivery, an unusable file that cannot be replaced with a working copy, material mismatch with the published description, or a confirmed duplicate charge. Email support@xingyanai.space with the order reference, checkout email and reason. The 14-day window does not shorten any longer period required by applicable law or a payment provider.
Investigation and resolution
We will check the order and the reported issue. We may first offer a working file or restore access, where appropriate and without delaying a mandatory legal remedy. If the issue cannot be resolved or a refund is otherwise required, an eligible refund will be made to the original payment method. No separate payment or refund fee is charged by Xingyan AI to request this review.
Refund timing
We will confirm the decision by email. Once a refund is processed, the time for it to appear depends on the payment provider and financial institution. No fixed arrival date is promised. If a confirmed refund does not appear, contact support with the order reference and refund confirmation.
Change of mind
Read the free sample, contents, language and exclusions before purchase. The proposed policy does not provide an unconditional change-of-mind refund after delivery of content that matches its description, except where law requires otherwise. It does not treat downloading a file as an automatic waiver of consumer rights. Any legally required consent for immediate digital delivery must be obtained at checkout before launch.
