BEFORE YOU BUY
Terms of service
Website use, digital products and your rights.
Acceptance and current availability
Effective October 29, 2026. These terms govern use of the Xingyan AI website and its free samples. The official Xingyan AI website is xingyanai.space. Contact support@xingyanai.space with questions. Browsing the catalog does not place an order or create a paid subscription. Checkout is currently closed. The legal seller identity and business contact details will be disclosed before orders are accepted.
Product scope
Products are English PDF learning materials. Individual pages specify the title, contents, page count, edition and price. The collection contains the same five PDFs offered individually. It does not include additional courses or software. Avoid buying the collection together with an included individual guide unless you intend to purchase duplicate content.
Prices and order acceptance
Listed prices are in USD and are one-time prices, with no recurring subscription. Any applicable tax and final total must be disclosed before a future order is submitted. No order can currently be placed. When sales open, an order is not treated as paid until the store receives confirmation of successful payment. Tool subscriptions, credits and other third-party fees are separate.
Personal-use license
Free samples may be downloaded for your own evaluation. A future purchase will grant one purchaser a non-exclusive right to download and use the purchased files for their own learning and work. You may adapt example prompts for your own projects. You may not resell, redistribute or publicly upload the PDFs, share paid download access, or claim the publication as your own. Ownership of the publication is not transferred. Contact support before team or classroom distribution.
Acceptable use
Use the website lawfully. Do not attempt unauthorized access, bypass download permissions, interfere with site security, distribute malicious code, misuse personal information belonging to another person or submit fraudulent orders. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address misuse or protect the service, subject to applicable law and any rights attached to a legitimate purchase.
Educational content and third-party tools
Materials are original teaching content prepared with AI assistance. Examples use fictional projects; illustrations are AI-generated. No tool-provider affiliation, certification, income result or learning outcome is promised. Follow the terms of the tools and reference assets you use. Verify generated results before publishing or relying on them.
Delivery and refunds
The digital delivery policy describes the planned fulfillment method. The returns and refunds policy explains support and proposed refund eligibility. These policies remain subject to mandatory consumer rights and payment-provider protections.
Availability and responsibility
We aim to keep descriptions accurate and the website available, but tools, interfaces and service availability may change. Verify the suitability of a guide using its contents and sample. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, excuses a failure to deliver an accepted purchase, or removes mandatory consumer protections.
Governing law and dispute jurisdiction
These terms are subject to the laws applicable to the website operator, the user and any transaction. Mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence continue to apply where required by law. Disputes may be brought before the courts or dispute-resolution bodies having jurisdiction under applicable law. These terms do not impose an exclusive foreign court or waive statutory consumer rights. No specific national or regional law is selected for this prelaunch website; a more specific sales clause will require the verified legal seller details before checkout opens.
Questions, disputes and changes
Contact support@xingyanai.space about a problem and include the relevant order reference, if any. Contacting support is not a condition for exercising statutory rights or payment-provider dispute rights. Changes to these terms will be published with an updated effective date. They will not retroactively remove rights attached to an existing purchase. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
